TLDR: A future Camera Raw update is needed to support the Flexible Color profile, specifically for the Nikon Zf. Firmware 2.0 for the Nikon Zf, released last month, finally enabled Flexible Color – a feature/"profile" that has been available on the Z6III for over a year now. See screenshots on the specific .dcp file I'm referring to.
Z6III RAW files can access the Flexible Color profile in LrC/LR, enabling one to actually "use" the 'recipe'/flexible look as a starting point when editing RAWs. The Zf does not support this profile, and only an update to LrC/LR/Camera Raw, specifically to enable this setting. Please refer to this previous post I created in the LrC forums for more info, and the screenshots below on the Z6III having Flexible Color (and not the Zf).
