no Turntable function

Hello,

I am currently trying Adobe Illustrator Beta ( both 29.9 & 29.8 version ).
I have seen in official introductions or other users’ posts that there should be a feature called “Turntable”, which allows turning flat objects into 3D shapes.

However, I cannot find this feature in my Beta version. I would like to confirm if this feature is only available in specific regions, versions, or accounts, or if there are any additional settings required to enable it.

Could you please help me check this issue? Thank you!

Please check the exact version number. It must be 29.9 14

Hello, @master_reality0944  would you please uninstall and install Beta again as Turntable is available in 29.9.14 onwards. It is on the control bar. You click on an asset artwork (please make sure it is grouped and expanded) and see a button "Turntable" on the control bar. Please let me know if you still are not able to find it.

I have done the same process as your instruction, but I still cannot see
the button.
Is Beta on creative cloud the latest version? Since I only can see option
29.9 and 29.8, not 29.9.14

Hello @master_reality0944 yes 29.9 is the same as 29.9.14. Please follow the below method to find your build number:

1. In Creative cloud account, going into apps section and navigating to Beta apps, you'll see your Illustrator (Beta). Hover over the heading and you should see 29.9 as in the screenshot below.

2. Once that is done, you are sure that you have 29.9. Now open Illustrator (Beta), in the help menu, clikc on About Illustrator and a window should open, it will 29.9.14 or 29.9.36 which means you are on latest Beta. 

3. Now, to test Turntable, you select/ create an artwork, group it, expand it and then see either on the Control bar or the Properties panl under the Transform section, the Turntable button should be there.

Please try this and let me know if you still don't see it or face any issues.

Thanks again for you help, but I still cannot see the button.

After check the version, it is 29.9 36 (like the screen below)

 I do group and expand my art work, and the contrl bar still shows nothing about Turntable (轉盤)

Is that anything to do with language version? or other settings?
