Turntable missing in Illustrator Beta 29.9.36.

Turntable missing in Illustrator Beta 29.9.36. I have tried everything install reinstalling the software relaunching it several times, grouping the vector objects but nothing is working the turntable option is not at all visible in the transform tab or anywhere else. Please help

This is my laptop specifications please let me know if it is because of my system it is not supported as on creative cloud it shows works on this device
