어도비 일러스트레이터 2020을 사용중인 유저입니다. 일러스트레이터의 일부 단축키가 작동하지 않습니다. 'z'나 'v'같은 단축키는 작동하나 'ctrl + z','ctrl + c','ctrl + v'같은 단축키는 전혀 작동하지 않습니다. 해결방법을 알려주세요

I'm using Adobe Illustrator 2020. Some shortcuts in Illustrator don't work. Shortcuts like 'z' or 'v' work, but shortcuts like 'ctrl+z', 'ctrl+c', 'ctrl+v' don't work at all. Tell me how to fix it.

Thanks for reaching out, I hope that the issue has been resolved by the steps suggested by Assause, if not please check background apps that use system-wide hotkeys (instant messengers, screenshot tools, etc.) or custom input devices and their drivers.
