0mm bleed to top of document

I'm creating a document as above. The document can be any size. Illustrator is creating a document with 0mm bleed to the top. See below.

This is consistent but has only been occurring for a week or so? Anyone know why this is happening?

Did you already reboot the computer? and reset the preferences (which will erase all your settings)?

I hadn't reset the preferences Monika. That's cured it. Unfortunately my interface now looks totally alien!

Thanks Monika. I've managed to change the preferences so that the UI is how I want it.
