Hello,
(Mac Studio M1 Ultra / 128go / Ventura 13.3.1)
Illustrator 27.5 take more then 2 minutes to open/start. It takes 1 minute 29s on initialisation window
and after that need 50s to start.
Older version of Illustrator or faster less then 15s.
I've uninstall and reinstall illustrator 27, and reset pref setting and still have the same problem.
Thank you for your help.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (macOS) and checking if it helps?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,

Hello @matahiv24025917,
Thanks for sharing the details. Would you mind checking if you have any third-party plugins enabled and temporarily disabling those to check if it helps? Also, try updating the OS & the printer drivers (if any) and validating fonts (https://support.apple.com/guide/font-book/install-and-validate-fonts-fntbk1000/mac) to see if it helps.
If the issue persists, we may need to troubleshoot this on a live session. Please head here (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen) and select the chat button in the lower-right corner of the page. We can help troubleshoot faster that way.
