3D Auto-render

My Illusrator auto-renders after every little change I make to my 3D-objects. My "render with ray-tracing" button isn't active, My GPU and CPU are normally strong enough and my Illustrator is the latest version. Does anyone have a solution?

Would you mind trying to perform a clean reinstall of the GPU drivers (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) and then rebooting the computer to check if it helps? If the issue persists, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator installed, the system configuration (CPU/GPU/Memory/Display Monitor), and whether Illustrator also behaves this way with other files.
