3D Structural Mechanics Sketch

Hello, I'm trying to draw this T beam structure and the grey axis plane. I'm new to illustrator so I would appreciate any help!!

You could use the 3D classic effects with an isometric preset and then rotate it in place.Assign a shading of none and expand the appearance. Then add gradients.

Use the pen tool for the place.

If you are looking for exact construction, search for isometric tutorials.
