3rd party Plug-in - Silhouette Connect

New AI user!  Trying to connect Silhouette Connect as a 3rd party plug.  I purchaed 2024 AI but the plug wasn't updated yet so I reverted to 2023 version of AI but the plug is still not showing in AI - Any suggestion on possibile solutions?

I've sent Silhouette support a message but I haven't received a response as of yet.
