Able to see anchors when I hover over them, but unable to select them or their handles

Cmd-H doesn't work.

I have an image that I am editing--it was an ink drawing and I used Adobe Capture to convert it to a vector.

I have been editing it with no issues.

Now, when I hover over an anchor point, it's white.  When I click on it, it turns blue.  But it doesn't stay selected.  If I click and hold, I can drag the lines, but I am unable to grab the handles so I can do what I need to do.

I have looked at preferences, and tried clicking a bunch of different settings but can't figure it out.  Help!

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Is it happening with a specific file or all files? Did you try resetting the preferences?

Regards,

Om

@ohmnath

Hi,

It is only happening on the one file--and it's not happening with my text which has been converted to outlines.  I think it's just the specific vector image that I'm working on.  I used live paint bucket, I used the shaper tool....would it have something to do with that?

Thanks,

Alexa
