Abobe illustrator se cierra inesperadamente siempre y me hace perder horas de trabajo

Es inaceptable, que luego de estar pagando la licencia durante casi 1 año el illustrator se cierre.Un miedo tengo de hacer trabajos y se rompa.

Hay dias que guardo los documentos y al dia siguiente no los puedo seguir editando porque se rompió el archivo.
Hay dias que quiero buscar el archivo y no aparece en los recientes.

Hay dias que estoy intentando guardar un archivo y se cierra mientras esta guardando y no me guarda nada.

Quiero usar la inteligencia artificial y se cuelga y cierra.

Hoy baje el modulo para generar mockups, y cuando lo quiero usar, se cierra.

Una porqueria...

Y yo pago, pago, pago y pago y sigue siendo una porqueria.
¿Alguien sabe como se hace para que diagnostiquen que le pasa al programa?

Sorry you are experiencing trouble.  You would need to provide an example in detail so we can recreate adn trace your steps to help you diagnose what is happening. You also should provide your OS & hardware specifications.

I understand you are frustrated, but we are here to help solve problems, and complaining will not help you get any closer to resolving your issues.

Make sure your application and OS are compatible with each other.

As Mike mentioned, we need more detail to diagnose the problem.

There are many possible reasons for the crashes.

• You may need to uninstall and reinstall Illustrator
• There may be an application on your computer that is causing incompatibility with Illustrator.
• You may need to upgrade to the newest version of Illustrator.
• Resetting Illustrator preference might fix the problem
• Try disabling GPU acceleration in Preferences.
• Or it is possible that you may need to update your graphics card driver.

As for issues with saving files:

turn off "Save in background" in the preferences.

Do not save directly to file servers.
