Hello friends,

My week-long Illustrator project has inexplicably become corrupted. Due to some unknown issue, my file is now unusable. I've exhausted all the solutions I could find on forums, but none have been sufficient to recover my file. I even reached out to file@adobe.com, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. Are there any others in the same situation, unable to get support? file@adobe.com, please hear our voices.

This should be your wake-up call to make backups. Save different versions. Turn on Time Machine. Do everything in your command to never get into this situation again.

@Anshul_Saini can you please try and help with a file?

Thanks for your recommendation. Unfortunately, the backup file is faulty, this problem is caused by Adobe company and they never return emails. Courtesy is zero.
