Activated fonts on CC font website not getting activated in Illustrator

I added some fonts from adobe and I can see that they are active on the website but they won't activate in illustrator and do I see them in the app.

Please tell us your version and system and if you use a font manager. Do you perhaps have fonts of the same name already activated?

Did you already try to log out of your account and then in again?

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind checking if restarting the Illustrator app or signing out & in from the Creative Cloud apps, as suggested by Monika? If not, would you mind confirming the OS, Illustrator & CCD app versions along with the details asked by Monika?
