Add a layer of white to print on a DTF machine

Hi everyone, I need some help. To print in the DTF I have to create a white page and for this I installed a script that allows me to create white with 0px 1px or 2px. Is there any way to do the same in Illustrator?

Wha kind of white is that supposed to be? Is that a color value? Or do you transform the object?
