Add a right-click menu (context menu) to the Layers panel like it is implemented in other Adobe apps

For some reason, the right-click menu (context menu) is not functioning when working with layers in the Layers panel:

 

This behavior creates inconsistency in the UI/UX across Adobe apps, increases the learning curve for new Illustrator users, and complicates the workflow when switching between different Adobe apps such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.

Please address this issue by making that the right-click menu (context menu) work the same way as it does in Photoshop and After Effects.

It seems that this forum provides misleading information, as it includes the "Feature request" tag when creating a post.

 

If feature requests are meant to be submitted through the link you provided, then what is the purpose of that tag?

Every Adobe team handles feature requests differently.

And the Illustrator team uses Uservoice.
