Add Eps to ultraprint

Dears 

when i try to add image to Ultraprint 

i use .eps 

a blank page will appear 

note that ultraprint support .eps files type .

i am using windows 10

Which type of EPS did you save? Try an EPS 3

In Adobe illustrator can i save files as eps3 !?

or should i install any aditional software ??

Just save as EPS and then wait for the second dialog box to appear and then take a look through all the options and menus. And then you will see what's possible.
