Adding a fill color to two separate paths that are not a shape?

I made two separate paths to outline lips (I didn't do a very good job) and I want to fill them with a color. The problem is they are two separate paths and they are not a shape so I can not add a fill. How can I make the two paths into a shape so I can fill it?
