I just doubleclick C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\Diagnostics\Adobe Creative Cloud Diagnostics.exe and then nothing happens, just a blue circle rotation shortly, Windows telling me to hold on a second. A screen recording will not provide additional information. Anything else I can do to help?

Hello,
My Adobe Illustrator gradually begins to lag as I use it. Before I posted about the issue, I thought I might use this tool but I can't figure out how to access it. Is it only available after a crash?
Thank you!

Hello Anubhav,
Thank you, I've already looked over that page and don't think those are the issues. I wanted to run this diagnostic tool before I got into too much detail since I think that would fit better on a new post. Is there a way to access the diagnostic tool for Adobe Illustrator without a crash first?
Thanks!
Kevin

Hello @HurricaneKevin,
Thanks for confirming. The Creative Cloud Diagnostic tool is currently only available in limited cases, primarily for issues like crashes.
Could you please share more details about the issues you're experiencing with Illustrator? Specifically, could you include the OS and Illustrator versions you’re using, whether the problem occurs with a particular tool, feature, or file, and, if possible, a screen recording of the issue? This information would be very helpful.
Looking forward to your response.

About one month ago I purchased a new computer expressly for optimal performace for Adobe Illustrator. Unfortunely as I use the program it gets progressively slower over time until after about 30 minutes it lags so much it becomes impossible to work on the project.
If I close the program and start it again things are fine for about 30 minutes until once again it has so much lag it becomes impossible to work.
I am working on smaller files (300x300 px). It doesn't seem to matter what file I'm working on or what tools I'm using, no matter what it progressively gets slower over time.
I am using Illustrator version 29.0.1 (64bit)
Windows 11
Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900F 2.00 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
