Adobe Creative Suite 6 activation/instalation

After not using CS6 Win for 11 years I tried to install it, only to get an error about anulled (?) serial number.
Battling Adobe Support for two weeks finally resulted in they claiming that everything works fine, except it doesn't.
So, never used serial number was disabled, Adobe claims it is not but I still can't install my software.
Last person on customer support suggested to post my issue here.

On what operating system were you trying to install CS6? It is not supported for later versions of Windows 10 or WIndows 11.

This is a serial number issue though, not an install issue. From other user reports it seems to be possible, if occasionally problematic, to install CS6 apps on Win 11.

You might get more targeted help on the Download & Install forum, as the users there seem to have some experience helping users who need to install CS6 on a current OS:
