Adobe Designs to export as XAML/WPF files for Visual Studio?

How would a designer hand over his designs/elements/objects (whatever you'd like to call it) to your windows dev guy? I'm trying to make things easier as I am getting maybe to creative for him (Haha). I've heard of Blend by Microsoft, but this is only for PC (What I have seen). As a Designer I'm limited to my Mac.

I also came across this article, but it doesn't seem to work with the latest version of Adobe Illustrator.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thank you!

I don't know if this still works: Adobe Illustrator to XAML Export

But if not, why not try the Inkscape route?

I have notified Michael Swanson, the creator of the plug-in.
He updated the code for it to work with CC 2019 !

Good that more than one of us were notifying the code owner (I did too tweet him and he answered which is fabulous [one of the rare occasions that modern technology does really work, yey!]).
For all the newcomers:
Please note that the new version in:
is called "XAMLExport 0.3.zip"
Windows:
Please note that you only need only the "XAMLExport64.aip" or "XAMLExport32.aip" file, depending on your windows version.
and it should be installed e.g. to: "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CC 2019\Plug-ins\Illustrator Formats"
Thank you

Thanks to Michael Swanson for updating this plugin to support Adobe CC. And thank to you for providing that info here.

The plugin works.
File -> Export As ...
Then choose XAML for WPF or Silverlight.

As explained on the plugin page Adobe Illustrator to XAML Export

This should be supported by Illustrator out of the box though...
Why install Inkscape just for this purpose?

I came across that and turned away after reading it was only supported up to 2014 version of Illustrator. This plug in is 4 years old, and I assumed it wouldn't work for the latest version of Illustrator.

I'll give it a try anyways and let you know if this works or not.
