Hello! I need urgent help with my Color Themes Panel! I mistakenly sent an image on top of it and now it's not working.. it says: "Page failed to load. URL: file... Error..."

Anyone?

Just wondering, is your internet working?

If not, you may want to use the Color Guide panel instead.

If you've never sed Color Guide, hee's a video: http://www.jeffwitchel.net/2013/02/quick-find-a-color-palette-for-your-client/ Color Guide is always available, even when you have no connection to the internet.

Hi Ana,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I'd request trying steps below one by one:

1. Restart your computer.

2. Try logging out of Creative Cloud and log back in.

3. You may also try resetting the Illustrator preferences. Please follow instructions below:

  • Close all Adobe applications.
  • Go to Location C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
  • Rename  Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 24 Settings folders to Adobe Illustrator.old and Adobe Illustrator 24 Settings.old
  • Launch Illustrator from the Creative Cloud.

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. This way all your old settings will be saved in .old folders and Illustrator will recreate new folders with default settings.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Ashutosh
