Adobe Illustrator 2023 travando e parando de responder

Memory: 16384MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 16192MB RAM

DirectX Version: DirectX 12

Porem o illustrator demora muito e muito mesmo para abrir 
e quando estou fazendo algo varias vezes e ele para de responder 
tenho que ficar aguardando ele voltar 
ja formatei o pc instalei e reesintalei o illustrator!
