Adobe illustrator 24.3 opens files with blank text boxes and text missing.

When i open my template files I created they are missing all text.

The text boxes are showing up blank even though they are there in preview.

Customer support has abandoned our convs about this twice now.

These template files seem to be pdf files.

Did you save them with "Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities" checked?
