Adobe Illustrator Beta Mock-up Feature

Hello everyone,

 

I am trying to utilize the mockup feature in Illustrator. I have brought in an image and another image that I want to use as the design. I have ensured that one image is in front of the other, and I have attempted to click on the mockup feature. Unfortunately, the feature appears to be greyed out and I am unable to select it. Despite watching several tutorials, I still cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Would anyone be able to assist me with this? I would greatly appreciate it.

    We did just discuss this yesterday in that prerelease channels and it's OK to discuss the public beta features in this forum. 

     

    So as to the question: The artwork to map to the mockup photo cannot be a photo itself.
