Adobe Illustrator CC 2015.3 unexpectedly quit and now won't restart running osX 10.15.7

Illustrator suddenly quit while working on a file. Now won't restart, I click the icon, bounces once and then nothing. Tried restarting the computer and zapping the Pram while restarting but nothing. Updated the CC App but nothing is helping.

While submitting the report, kindly use the same email account used here in the community so we can locate it quickly and check what is causing the crash while launching the app.

You could try resetting the preferences. This will erase your settings. Please read here: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html

 

Rename the preferences folder - this can be made undone.
