Adobe illustrator CC 2017: Illustrator.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Hi there,

I have attached my system info..Recently i have error in loading illustrator cc (Updated).

I tried uninstalling the Illustrator CC and cleaned the temp files, restarted and installed again.

Still i have the same issue. So please help me out. I can use Export for screen feature, cant see the recent worked files as thumbnails.

I hop this much information is enough to resolve it.

Hi Binoj,

One thing I would suggest you here would be to create a new user account in your computer (admin) and re install Illustrator login into the new account and check. Do share the result.

Thanks for your reply, I forget to mention that I already created a admin user and reinstalled Illustration still the issue is same.
