Adobe illustrator CC 2017 quit unexpectedly

Hello

I have MacOS Seirra Version 10.12.2

Adobe crashes every time I open it.

a pop up window says it was unable to identify the cause of crash.

I need help ASAP this problem is affecting my reputation at work

Hi Alanoud,

As we discussed, this crash was related to the Wacom Framework. Below steps fixed the issue (this might help others) :

Navigate to : Mac HD > Library > Frameworks > Remove the Wacom framework from there and then launch AI and check.
