ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CS3 THAT IT WILL WORK ON WINDOWS 10! I still use it. You just will not accept the serial number. I don't have any problem using it. When a customer buys adobe illustrator from you, you have no right in letting them use it. You just block the serail number, so it will not go thru. This is not accepted buy us customers. Delores

Unfortunately, there appears to be no legal way to use CS3. You can check out this thread https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/cs3-activation-no-longer-possible-is-this-really-legal-cs3-is-dead-locked/td-p/10840660 from 2020 when the servers were actually turned off for a bit more insight about it.

I could have sworn Adobe, at one time years ago, offered an activation free version of CS3 apps to registered users. They definitely did this with CS2 apps (full installer files that don't "phone home" looking for an activation server).

They did but the old post that I cited in my first post mentions that it is no longer available.
