Adobe Illustrator File cannot be opened because of dict object??

My illustrator file wont open and it keeps showing this pop up

can it be retrieved?? i saw some adobe eployes hel a few people but i havent gottena response yet and its been a few days 😕

The first alert says the file is an Acrobat PDF file. Have you tried opening it in Acrobat?

Did you send the file to the email in the second alert?

Adobe is on company holiday until January 2, which is why you are not hearing from them now. And today is Christmas Day.
