Hi,
I am an instructor and one of my students is having an issue downloading a full version of Illustrator off of their creative cloud. His laptop runs on Windows 11 Education 22H2. We had no issue downloading the full desktop version of photoshop, but when we tried downloading illustrator it only offers a link option to a mobile app or the "(beta)" version.
is there a way to get access to the full version of Illustrator?
Thank you!

The current general release of Illustrator does not support ARM devices.
There is a Beta release currently out for testing that does -- that's why you can only see that version in the CC app.

Hello @Nicholas26007012wt65,
Do you have the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/3YkXDfC) installed on your computer? If yes, try installing Illustrator by navigating to the Beta apps section to see if it helps, as Doug suggested.
If the problem persists, kindly share the Adobe ID (e-mail address) and the Locale so I can check it with the team.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Anubhav, do you have 'as Monika suggested' saved as part of your macro because it's basically her 60% of the time? 🙂

Hi @Doug A Roberts,
I made a mistake. Sorry about that.
