Adobe Illustrator GOD Level assistance - Portuguese text on large map disappears

Sometimes when working with cartographic data (maps > 100 Mb),  a part of a street names disappears. And I only have a blank layer.

I`m using: Adobe Illustrator CS6 and Adobe Illustrator CC.

Normaly this problem appears with portugues language.

Yan,

If suggestions at a lower level are acceptable, and if no brighter suggestions appear, it may be worth looking into possible language discrepancies, maybe sorted through the Regional/Language settings on the computer.

Where does the data come from?

How do you import it?

At which point in the process does it disappear?

On import?

Which language are you on?

We compare different cartographic data, depending on clients needs if it`s "by order". The text layer disappears after saving and opening the file again.

Not always, and sometimes only a small part of text is missing.

Normally the problem comes with portuguese language, here is an example of map, but this one is obviously corrected:

I followed all the instructions found on forums about properly installed language, but see no results(
