Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop 2022 crashing on Windows 10 laptop

Hey Adobe

I have some users that are having some problems with Adobe Illustrator.

The issue is that the program is suddenly crashing, and closes down. There's no error box or anything when it happens. This means that our designers in the company where I work, well their work is wasted as they don't get to save their work.

Do you have any help or anything that might work for us?

We have them running on the newest version of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

Adobe Illustrator doesn't crash on launch.

It crashes while working in the program.

• I would like to know if you have tried resetting the preferences for Illustrator as suggested by Marliton?

• Exact version of the OS and Illustrator
• Where are the files located (Internal/External/Network drive)?
• Are you facing this problem with some specific files? If yes, kindly share the download link for the file here or via DM.
