Adobe Illustrator Not Available for Microsoft Surface Pro 11

Hello

I bought the Microsoft Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon X Elite, but I was only able to work on Adobe Illustrator as web-based app, you can't download it as an app.

When will you launch Illustrator for Snapdragon X Elite?

Do Adobe apps work on Microsoft Copilot+ PCs?

There is an Illustrator version compatible with some ARM devices, but it is in Beta.

We've been waiting a long time. I use AI extensively and the web/beta versions are terrible. Not usable. I am paying for a subscription I can't use at this point. I have a Yoga Snapdragon X and have been waiting months. I don't want to have to buy a Mac just to do my job - plus I love the touch screen of my yoga.

Have you tried the ARM beta? If you've encountered specific issues I'm sure the Illustrator team would appreciate details.

They're not efficient, I had to return the Microsoft Surface Pro 11 because the beta version is not efficient and there's no update on the release date.

In your initial post you only mentioned the web app. The ARM beta is not a web app -- it should be equivalent to the standard Windows or Mac desktop version.

Yes, I  said the web & beta versions. The Beta app won't even load correctly so I have to use the web.

I have installed the Beta version, it says it's the intell Beta version that we can use for now on ARM. It does not even open my Illustrator file

Yes,. I now played around with the Overprint View and now the file appears. Ok, I hope the rest works. Thanks for your support.

I too just purchased a Surface 11 and learned about the non-compatability. I've downloaded the beta version, but it crahes on start up. Removed & reinstalled with the same effect.  And that's opening it from the Desktop or the CS page. Also tried using an .ai file to open it and still crashes. Any thoughts?
