Adobe Illustrator - Not compatible issue

I have been using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign on my PC for the past three years without any issues. However, after recently reinstalling Windows on my system and downloading Adobe Creative Cloud again, I am now encountering compatibility issues. Specifically, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign are showing as incompatible with my PC, although Adobe Photoshop is functioning properly.

Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to install other compatible versions of Illustrator and InDesign, as the option to select a different version does not appear to be available.
