Adobe Illustrator Work not saved to cloud or "My Work" section

I noticed recently that even when I save and download my work as an .ai or .pdf to my computer, it never seems to stay in "my work" on the adobe app or on the cloud. Is there any way I can find my old work?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I would request you to share a few more details like:

• OS and version of Illustrtaor
• Are you talking about cloud documents or normal .ai & .pdf documents? If it is not a cloud document, then after downloading, where are you saving these documents? If you are not saving them under the "Creative Cloud Files" folder or file sync is off in the Creative Cloud desktop app, in that case, your files may not get sync or uploaded.
• Are these files shared with you, or multiple users have access to your account? Please visit the following websites and see if you are able to locate your files:

Hi! I am using MacOS version 10.15.7 and illustrator 24.3. Specifically, it is my cloud documents that are no longer there. I noticed that my work would be there for a bit and then eventually dissapear after a few days or even about a week .  I typically saved the files to my computer as a .pdf which are still there, but the ai version is nowhere to be found.

Thank you for sharing the details. I would request you to update Illustrator to v25.4.1. Also, I would suggest you visit this website (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents), and you should be able to locate all your cloud documents. I hope it helps.
