Adobe licence

Hi, does anyone know how to fix this issue, i have creative cloud desktop, and when i open any app it says that my licence has expired. I have paid for my licence, and have tried everything to fix it (signing in and out from my account, restarting my computer and restarting the app). I dont konw what else sould I do.

Hello @emma_1312,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying to close all Adobe applications, signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and then signing back in using your Enterprise profile to check if it helps? If the option does not show up, try the suggestions shared here to turn off automatic profile selection (https://adobe.ly/4ewtOh5) and share your observations.

Hello,

I have tried everything you have suggested, but the issue is still there. Is there a possibility to uninstall and install the app again without losing all of my work, and that I don't have to pay for it again.
