Adobe's Fonts

Other than the viewing adobe's font list on the character palette, is there anywhere else I can view adobe's fonts?? 

Adobe: can you provide/sell a book, a real book, of your fonts? I know there's tons and they change, but perhaps it could be updated annually in order to accommodate new fonts. It would be extremely helpful as it's a thousand times easier to view fonts.
