Adobe Stock image of hexagon is showing as natC symbols on Illustrator thumbnail

This is a strange one, I downloaded a hexagon vector on Adobe Stock and it opens as a hexagon. Then I noticed after I closed the file, showing on recent files, is an image full of symbols, including natC and communist symols, but not the hexagon I downloaded. It has the same id # AdobeStock_197605490.ai on the thumbnail with the natC symbols as the hexagon I downloaded.  PS: And the irony is, after trying to post this, natC is. banned word, lol.

The creator has made them all in the file, but then after saving out the single files, the preview wasn't updated correctly. Was it an EPS originally?

There was just a hexagon in the file? Something you could easily draw with the polygon tool?
