Adobe student discount for child under 13

I would like to gift my daughter an adobe subscription for Christmas, she has developed a great interest in digital drawing. However, she is only 11 years old, and Adobe says a child must be 13+ to be eligible for the student discount. 

 

Is there a way to get a student discount for an 11 year old?

    I'm striking out on the customer care front, all I can get is the robot chat. If I try to talk to an Agent it says I need to be signed in with an Active Plan to do that. Well I do not have an active plan, I'm trying to purchase one for my daughter ...
