New iOS update is I guess not at all compatible with Adobe, I raised ticket but no response. The moment I touch pencil to the tools Adobe crashes. My hours of hardwork are gone.

Not sure if Adobe is going to rectify this or not.

It's been more than a week and illustrator is crashing like anything, there is so much time and work getting lost in the process, can someone please help and get this sorted?

Hello @Alishashabnam,

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes in Illustrator, especially in the middle of work. Would you mind updating the OS and the Illustrator app to the latest version and checking if it helps?

(https://adobe.ly/47XhVxT), (https://adobe.ly/3SZNwuk)

Also, kindly check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/3SY6AJp). If yes, try deleting Illustrator, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the app to check if it helps.

If the issue persists, kindly share the crash report and a screen recording so that we can investigate this further:

  • Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “Illustrator-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log & 083327 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash by looking at the timestamp.
  • Upload the file to (https://adobe.ly/3utkOry) and share a link to the file here or via DM.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

The solution is pretty simple: Just wait with updates until every company says that their apps are ready.

Only thing you can do is downgrade your iPad system.

Yeah! That seems to be the only solution.
