AI 2022 Crashing on opening unexpected error forcing close

Hello   

AI 2022 started crashing today   First it could not find a linked file and stalled out while trying to locate it  Now it wont open with out the AI had to close unexpectly (25,700)   I am running Windowa 11   After the 3rd crash i updated to the newest version, but still crashing     I searched for a soultion  - found the event locator section and saw that there was an error woith SPYBOT (malware software)  deleted that and re-started computer.  Still crashing.  This was working fine yesterday.  Arrgh!    I am able to go back to v 25.45 to get a version that does not crash.  Help please !

Solved !  really not sure how but the 2022 version is now working as it should

I have already removed it   Restarted the compluter   Re-insalled AI  all to no avail
