Ai adobe ilustrator not suitable for Mac M1 max

I have new mac studio in M1max 32gb, but when i use adobe illustrator ( from official) and when open big multi file as 250mb , computer start work so slowly even stop. So i have find - Mac still not suitable with adobe product. How is so pity bought computer but can’t us it.

What is your suggestion guys.
Also some menu not open in right place ( as click right mouse button - but open menu in the down left beckground site )
