AI Crashed and now my gang sheet will not export

My AI crashed and now I get an error message saying the linked file cannot be found when I try ot export it to be sent to the print vendor. I can edit the gang sheet but I cannot save it or anything to even download it for you to look at, Please please help. Thank you, Kelly
