AI crashes all the time and I do not know what to do, pls help!

When working with any document it just crashes. Do not have to be heavy documents at all. When I try to zoom in it crashes, when I copy something in the document and paste it in the same document it crashes. Can be anything I do it crashes. I think it started after the latest update of the program.

Version 28.7.1

I am running the PC version

And my system is:
