I'm facing problem when i trying to convert my Ai file to eps.It takes so much time but not working.So how can solve this problem what i should do?

Try Opening a new file ( command-N / control-N ), in the Open / New dialog, choose EPS ( select fonts, Link image files ). In your .ai file, select all, copy, and paste into the new EPS file. Select Save.

Can you please describe what you are doing step by step?

now you can see this is the problem i face several times.When i trying to save that file into eps(save as-save as type-illustrator .EPS) then the problem showed up.It literally takes so much time but didn't work out.
