Hello,

I've been working on creating flyers in Adobe Illustrator. Unfortunately, the last time I was working on it, I accidentally reset my computer before or during the saving process. Now, I'm unable to open the file again. I'm encountering two errors:

  1. "Illustrator could partially read the file. We recovered as much as possible...."
  2. "Acrobat PDF File Format is having difficulties. Expected a dict object."

I'm puzzled by this because I didn't make or import a PDF. Is there any way to recover my artwork and text from this corrupted file?

Here is the download link of my file https://we.tl/t-9Zx5JRmcAF

Interrupting the saving process will almost certainly ruin your file.

Make backups. And then even more backups. Save multiple versions of a file from now on. So that will never happen to you again.

Maybe the Illustrator team an recover your file. I wouldn't expect too much.

@Anubhav M can you please help?
