ai not allowing me to move one artboard around

I usuaed to be able. to move artboards around in the same document and now its not allowing me. Can only move all of them together if i try to drag, i get the hand. Anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix?

Are you pressing down the Spacebar with the Artboard Tool selected? That would temporarily engage the Hand tool and move all Artboards around together.
