AI perspective grid - missing grid

Hi,

 

Trying to use the perspective grid tool. I matched the perspective to a photo, but the actual grid is missing on the planes I need it (photo attached).

Left vertical plane is completely gone, the right one is shorter than I need it.

How to solve this or I have to delete the grid and start over ???
