AI Took A "Roundtrip To Tiny"

A crown to the person who can tell us what this gibberish means.

Fortunately, nothing was "lost".  The SVG imported fine, aside from the usual unnecessary clipping masks.

Honestly, this isn't so much a bug as it is comically aburd.

Per this thread (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator/clipping-will-be-lost-on-roundtrip-to-tiny/m-p/1203608?page=1#M768) we seem to have found an answer, so kudos to the poster for unpacking that.  Although, I would nevertheless encourage Adobe's developers to rephrase that popup in a way that can be discerned by actual humans.
