AIToolBoxUI.aip plugin problem

program says it have problem with AIToolBoxUI.aip plugin. When I remove it program runs, but I cant use some functions - like create new file. If I rename plugin program again says thats is a problem with it. 

Its my first time with Illustrator.... and I cant use it 😞

I use the newst version on Windows 10.

That plugin needs to stay, how did you know to remove, did you get an error message like this?

You have win10 & lates Ilustrator, but please check you are meeting the system requirements.

Have you rebooted? Did you install any 3rd party plugins
